We entered the market at a somewhat turbulent time and Stacy was great at guiding us. She provided excellent guidance after an offer was accepted and a minor issue appeared. I recently had a phone conversation with Stacy regarding our real estate transaction, and I must say it was a mixed experience. While the conversation was civil and we were able to come to some understanding, there were a few significant issues that surfaced. One of the key challenges was the lack of clarity about Stacy's role in the process. As someone without a real estate background at the time, I found it important to know whether she was serving as my single agent or as a transaction broker. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a communication gap in this regard. Clear communication on this matter is crucial, and it left me feeling uncertain about the level of commitment and advocacy I could expect from her. Furthermore, we both acknowledged that Stacy lacked strong negotiation skills. Negotiation is a critical aspect of any real estate transaction, and it was disheartening to realize that this was an area where improvement was needed. Effective negotiation can make a substantial difference in the outcome of a deal, and it's an essential skill that I believe should be a priority for any real estate professional. Another issue that arose during our conversation was Stacy's apparent lack of understanding of my needs as a client. A successful real estate transaction requires a deep understanding of the client's goals, preferences, and priorities. Unfortunately, it seemed that Stacy fell short in this aspect, which may have contributed to the challenges we faced. In conclusion, while Stacy and I were able to have a civil conversation and reach some understanding, there are significant areas that need improvement. Clear communication about her role, enhanced negotiation skills, and a better understanding of the client's needs are crucial for a more positive and successful real estate experience. I hope these areas are addressed in the future to provide a more satisfactory service to clients.

I had the unfortunate experience of working with Stacey and Kirk three years ago during a challenging period in my life. At the time, I was going through a divorce and had the added responsibility of caring for my two children. In hindsight, now that I am in a healthier place and more knowledgeable about real estate, I can’t help, but express my disappointment with the way my situation was handled by Stacy and Kirk. It became evident during the process that their primary focus was on closing a deal rather than geniunely looking out for my best interests. As a client, I believe it is crucial to have a realtor who not only understands the market, but is also dedicated to fostering a relationship built on trust, transparency, and a geniune concern for the client’s welfare.

Stacy also helped me find my new home and we were able to close on both homes the same day. What differentiates Stacy and her team from other realtors is their business model and their approach. Real State is their full-time job, and they have a skilled team to help with the operations. Their marketing strategy is aggressive, their communication is outstanding, they are experts on Real State and best of all, she negotiated the best deals for me in both homes.
